Here’s The Story…
An American scientist once visited the offices of the great Nobel Prize-winning
physicist, Neils Bohr, in Copenhagen, and was amazed to find
that over his desk a horseshoe was nailed to the wall.
The American said with a nervous laugh, “Surely you don’t believe that horseshoe
will bring you good luck, do you, Professor Bohr?”
Bohr chuckled. “I believe no such thing, my good friend. Not at all. I am scarcely
likely to believe in such foolish nonsense. However, I am told that a horseshoe
will bring you good luck whether you believe in it or not!” 😳
That’s my story and I’m sticking to it! Have a GREAT MONDAY, people, stay safe,
and whatever you do, don’t forget to laff it up! Peace, I am outta here! Eucman! 😁

Guaranteed to Roll Your Eyes
Every day a peddler pulled his cart of wool from his home to the village market.
It was a long trip. He had to travel around the perimeter of a large lake that was
owned by the town tycoon, a modern-day scrooge. One day during the winter the
lake frozen over. The peddler realized that he could cut off two miles from his trip
if he crossed over the lake. He was spotted halfway across the lake by the tycoon.
Scrooge came racing out of his mansion and screamed at the peddler,
“I’ll be darned if I let anyone pull the wool over my ice!” 😳😳😳😎
Friday’s’ Movie Trivia of the day! What movie is this quote from??? “
“Well, here’s another nice mess you’ve gotten me into!”
Answer: “Sons of The Desert”
Laurel and Hardy made many films together, Stan Laurel was always the bumbling fool and Oliver Hardy, no wiser but shorter of fuse, was often the irritated heavy. This quote ranks at #60 on AFI’s top 100 list, and is from the film, “Sons of The Desert”. The two friends, having faked illness, tell their battle-ax wives that the doctor recommended a Hawaiian cruise, but they plan to attend a convention of The Sons of The Desert instead. Of course, the wives find them out and everything is blamed on Stan. Their comedy was slapstick at its best, without the meanness of the Three Stooges or the rampant confusion of the Keystone Cops. Oliver Hardy often said this line to Stan Laurel in their routines, as Stan was the eternal scapegoat. The Sons of The Desert is also the name of a large fan club for the comedy team.
