Answer:  27 Dresses!  These words were said by Kevin to Jane, as the latter showed off her extensive collection of bridesmaid dresses. As Jane paraded in front of Kevin in a long green number, Kevin came out with the above quotation. The plot of the 2008 film, “27 Dresses” revolved around perpetual bridesmaid, Jane Nichols (played by Katherine Heigl).
