Monday’s Movie Trivia of the day! ‘How much movie trivia can you answer? What movie is this quote from????  “Poor John. Who says poor John? Don’t everybody sob at once! My God, if I went up in flames there’s not a living soul who’d pee on me to put the fire out!”

Answer:  The Lion In Winter! This Oscar-winning film stars two of the greatest actors of all time, in Peter O’Toole and Katherine Hepburn. It is the story of the English royal family of Christmas, 1183. King Henry II and his family gather at Chinon to greet the young King of France, played superbly by Timothy Dalton. This line is uttered by Nigel Terry (“Arthur” from the 1981 movie “Excalibur”) portraying Prince John. He says this while sulking on the ground, after he is told that he is no longer the chosen heir to Henry II’s throne. His brother Richard’s (Anthony Hopkins, in his feature film debut) response “Let’s strike a flint and see…” was exactly what the audience was thinking at that moment!
