“I read about a man in Virginia who paid the DMV his $3,000
fine in pennies. It took the workers 12 hours to count them all.
And that line still moved faster than the one you were in
waiting in at the DMV.” -Jimmy Fallon 😁

“Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus is officially shutting
down. Now, the circus won’t officially close until May, so if you
don’t get a chance to see it, you had 150 years. No one feels
bad for you.” -Stephen Colbert

“There’s a new app out there that describes itself as Tinder for
adopting babies. So one day, siblings will be taunting each other
with, ‘Ha ha, mom right-swiped you. You shouldn’t be here.'” -Conan O’Brien

into the kitchen. “Careful,” he said, “CAREFUL! Put in some more butter!

The wife stared at him. “What in the world is wrong with you? You think I don’t know how to fry eggs?”
The husband calmly replied, “I wanted to show you what it feels like when I’m driving.”😳😁😎

Thursdays’ Movie Trivia of the day! What movie is this quote from??? “
“…and they mostly come at night…mostly.”

Answer: “Aliens”
“Aliens”, the Academy Award-winning film proceeding Ridley Scott’s popular 1979 hit, “Alien”, starred Sigourney Weaver in the main role as Ellen Ripley (which was also nominated for Best Actress). The film, released in 1986, was as great, if not better, than the original as Ripley returns to the alien planet in order to save a colony who has lost contact with Earth. Something is amiss. When they arrive, the only survivor of the alien attack, Newt, is found inside the building. Ripley goes to extreme lengths to save Newt from the various pitfalls and setbacks of the horrible alien planet, including making a solo trip into the alien queen’s lair to save the girl. The quote in question was mentioned by Newt as the survivors of the initial attack (once they first arrive) try to escape the building and depart in their shuttle. However, the aliens get there first, kill the pilot, and cause the shuttle to come crashing to the ground. Newt warns the others: “We’d better get back, ’cause it’ll be dark soon, and they mostly come at night… mostly. “Ironically, this serious line, which shows the hopeless isolation of the group, has been parodied on various TV shows and movies due to its popularity.
